First day on our path to fixing digestion…
Much of today’s meals prepared yesterday,
today is spent preparing for tomorrow.
Excited to be on this path,
thinking it is important to be able to put into practice what I have been learning.
Grateful today for

a joyful day in the kitchen,
and the bravest of mates who is joining me on this path.

More social media digging today before going back to school – for the last item to be completed. Great to meet with JW for a tea before the practicum. And delighted to see Caroline Dupont leading the practicum – the instructor who to me is the embodiment of holistic nutrition….
Moving out, moving in… both situations I am amazed at the amount of stuff we have.. and don’t need or use. As I move through Wellington moving stuff about, I am delighted by the view of the tower and the moon. Tricky to capture through the branches of the mulberry…
