First day on our path to fixing digestion…
Much of today’s meals prepared yesterday,
today is spent preparing for tomorrow.
Excited to be on this path,
thinking it is important to be able to put into practice what I have been learning.
Grateful today for

a joyful day in the kitchen,
and the bravest of mates who is joining me on this path.
A lovely afternoon lunch at Envision – the monthly company lunch and update on projects, staff and all things envision. When my mate returns, we have an evening together. The week has been different with 2 night classes, it feels I have not had enough mate time! A fun evening…
A beautiful day… Made cookies in the morning, and had an interesting afternoon session. Loving the wonderful weather and leisurely walks with my mate. Grateful today for a good day, and for the beautiful clouds in the bright blue sky.
