and peaceful dim sum…
The city mice go to the country to visit the country mice.
A beautiful drive to the snow covered country,
a warm welcome, and we are set for an evening together.
Games of chess being played, a delicious stew and freshly made corn bread…
All so good.
After dinner, the quickest easiest oatmeal cookies are freshly baked,
as we settle in to be overwhelmed by the closing session of TED2013.
Grateful today for
the country mice – we love those country mice!
the technology in the country – to share videos on youtube and TED2013,
and for the quiet of the country – wow…it took a while for the remnant sounds of the city to leave my head before falling asleep…
