After a day at school, complete with quiz (tougher than the last one),
I return home to putter about and prep for the evening.
Delighted to be entertaining special guests,
the chef’s table at Marben is more than I could have anticipated.
Returning home,
I feel compelled to roast beets for a beet salad…
Our new neighbours are outdoors and I get a full tour, while the beets are roasting…
Grateful today for
business relationships that are decades long,
meeting our neighbours,
and for a completed beet salad. (hopefully it’s a tasty one!)
