Have been at school everyday this week –
combination of evening practicums and day classes…
With each new subject,
it feels as though I am learning only 5% of the topic…
and with more information – the 5% seems to decrease…
Grateful today for
MZ – who made the 5% comment to me,
and for the 5%…
a whole lot better than 0.
Last night while watching TED, I could hear a cracking sound…lifted the blind to discover a shattering glass guard. Startled at first, and then fascinated by the cracks in the glass. Another great day of fantastic TED talks…and a visit with friends at the end of the night. Grateful today…
At 9am, the thermometer is reading 30C. What an incredibly hot, hot day! To the beach after breakfast, back for beer. Jumping in the water cools us down after sweating in the shade… Grateful today for the warmth and caring of cottage communities, summer hang outs with friends, and cooling…
Reflections on the ceiling from the sunlight hitting a mosaic bowl make the room feel magical… Visits in the afternoon from mom and R+B are enjoyable and fun. As my mate and I have dinner, the skies start to light up…we watch the lightning for hours…What an incredible storm! Grateful…
