A super early start this morning to go fishing with the seismics.
Three hours later, we have seen a double rainbow on the water, gone through a rain storm and are back in the sunshine.
Today was a good fishing day – unfortunately not a good catching day…
Back at the house, it is a restful afternoon.
Scrabble at sunset and dancing on the second deck before our chef arrives to make a birthday dinner for us.

Sad news today. Cousin Tom passed on last night. I can hardly believe it is true. Grateful today for memories of Tom, and all the care, advice and love he gave me. Thank you Tom for helping me through my teenaged angst. Rest in peace, Tom.
After breakfast made by our wonderful hosts, we head to the mall to get a pair of glasses fixed. Then to the Canadian Rail Museum for a bit of train history. A walk around town is interesting. Friendly folk who say hello as I pass by are appreciated. Much here…
