The day is a lazy one at home – wonderful meals, puzzling, games of chess and reading…
Grateful today for
boys getting the bbq going today,
friends to lazily hang out with,
and for blessings in St Lucia – thank you for also all the rainbows that follow.
A great day of exercise and raw food. Lunch with my mate is a big green salad with alfalfa sprouts, and sunflower seeds with a lemon, olive oil dressing. Dinner is raw ‘bulgogi’ wraps – with shitaki mushrooms as the ‘meat’. Grateful today for Ani Phyo and her raw food…
