My mate and I walk back to the villa as blessings pour down on us.
A quick dry off and we are off to Myer’s Bridge – the local farmer’s co-op – to pick up some local produce.
St Lucia still on holiday from Christmas, we must return tomorrow…
Heading into town for other supplies, we pick up a mother and her 2 children and take them into town. Hoping that they made out alright in Soufriere.
Back at the Villa, my mate reads as I puzzle away…listening to our favourite jazz pianists…The Cosmic pair returns from their drive to Castries in time for the sunset.
Grateful today for
a wonderful week at the villa for 6,
pre-sunset cocktails at the gazebo,
and for the night tree frogs – bleep, bleep…
