An entire day can pass without hearing my voice – with the exception of a few calls from my mate.
In the quiet, life continues…
the sunflower sprouts continue to grow,
and each silent moment brings about reflection.
Grateful today for
a reminder from the sprouts about continual growth,
and for quiet moments.
After class, I return home and my mate is working from home. A great treat for me! For dinner, the veggies from the market are ready for a delicious red curried lentils and salad spectaculaire. A good food day ends watching the recent episode of Grimm and snuggling. Grateful today…
