5 hours today at a Holistic Nutrition food workshop with Caroline Dupont. A wonderful day of learning, making and eating…Yum! Loved the muesli, Heaven on Earth bowl, garlicky green soup and the desserts… Lemon chia pudding and almond dream bars. As Bliss’n would say, “Two Yums Up!” At the end…
Our vacation was a great time. Very nice to visit with friends at their cottages, and spend time on new waters. Always great to return home. Cycle to the doctor to check out a few odd looking bites…thankfully, it is an allergic reaction rather than anything serious… From the doctor…
