Cycled by Moss Park and saw 6 people providing food to people in the park,
In a hospital waiting room watched one person waiting share his sandwich with a patient – a stranger.
Touched by the kindness seen.
I love this city.
Grateful today to be living in a city where strangers talk to one another and share.
Catching up on my blog entries, I am looking at my notes for this day – and there are none. Hmmm…looked at photos yesterday and tomorrow – none taken today.. Looked at my emails, and calendar to see if that might trigger a memory of the day… nope. Grateful today…
Made it to the hotel gym this morning. Thought of our morning walks down the Sulphur Road in St Lucia – inspired me to pump up the incline. Felt very good to sweat. The afternoon is quiet. A few shows watched on Netflix and Hulu. A few pictures taken out…
The wild rains today are so welcome… a friend wrote me today saying that she could hear the grass singing…ahhhh. More cooking today and preparing food for upcoming meals. In the late afternoon, a lovely walk in the rain to my appointment in Kensington market. It is a good appointment…
