Fun to be back at the dock with my mate.
Grateful today for
the incredible meals we are having at Huron
leisurely bike rides,
and weekend snuggles.
A date this afternoon with Uncle Stu and Linda – recently returned from the Capturing Cuba photography workshop. Turning on GavRadio, I can’t believe he’s playing Cuban music!? How does he do that?! The afternoon is a lovely one – conversation about Cuba and photography over food and drink… leisurely…

They had a few different kinds too… TunaFish, Ham+Cheese, Curry Beef Bums, wondering about the Deep Green Fried Bum?!?…
A full day conference at the Science Center today. Nutritionists everywhere! Theme of the conference is Restorative Nutrition: Unlocking and Understanding the Secrets of Longevity. By the time I leave, I am loaded with goodies and information… Nice to return home to beautiful new cushions. Grateful today for an experience…
