A weekend morning on a weekday with my mate! Breakfast at St Lawrence market and stocking up on produce. A lovely afternoon making humus, curried lentils and vegetable soup…yum! All done in time for me to spend a few hours studying and to make it to a condo board meeting….

Reunion
Dinner today with high school girl friends. A fun night of catching up, and remembering high school. Great to see everyone. Pinheads done good! Grateful today for sharing memories, and remembering being pinheads. p.s. PK is the youngest.

Studying today for a final quiz this Thursday. A classmate called this course the missing link. I couldn’t agree more. A wonderful introductory experience to energy medicine. Grateful today for energy and the spirit.
