The day begins…
Stepping outside, the morning air is filled with the scent of jasmine. Morning sun beams through the foliage of the palms. The sky is blue, with no clouds in sight. A perfect spot to have a morning coffee and start the day. Our day’s adventure is at the Jazz + Heritage Festival Fairgrounds. Fabulous music everywhere, perfect weather and the most wonderful of friends to share it with.
An easy afternoon drive to Niagara Falls. Autumn colours are spectacular and our room has a beautiful view of the falls. Our daily walk has developed into a walk, with pushups at rest points and running up the hill. Bri completed 101 pushups this morning…Scott got to 100 by the end of the day! After the exercise, we are back at Myers Bridge seeking the incredible St Lucian spinach. No spinach…
