May the new year awaken in you the grace of beginnings. – John O’Donohue
Lunar new year started early this morning at Moffitt Cancer Center.
From there, an authentic schnitzel patio lunch in St Pete’s, followed by a visit to The Dali Museum. I had missed an opportunity many years ago, and it was on the list of places to visit in Tampa.
MAO drove all the way back to Naples. Always so nice to be home.
The previous night’s sleep was tough – so easy to sink into the sofa…
And then so wonderful for MAO to make dinner – soup dumplings, noodles and boy choy… absolutely delicious.
An after dinner show – currently watching The Copenhagen Test and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, a kakaotalk chat with my friend Matthew in Seoul, and a new year’s greeting from the Song Kids! Absolutely loved it. In the past I had received traditional new year’s greeting… this year was not traditional at all.
Grateful today for
today’s lunar new year’s greetings and connections,
my friendship with Matthew,
and for the Song kids. ❤️
