As I return home after a full day,
the cab driver’s words…
“You are your own archetype”
Did he know that I am reading Archetypes, by Caroline Myss? I suspect not.
He tried to guess my age, truthfully, as I requested
13 years too young…
As he told me his age and continued talking about my age,
we both agreed on the importance of being true to oneself.
The critical component of being true to myself,
is knowing what I want…
Grateful today for
all the friends and social interactions today,
an honest and real conversation with my cab driver friend,
and for Joe… “You can’t get what you want, til you know what you want”
