Weather Alert

saBEE, 24 Jan ’1425 Jan ’14

2014-01-24

A blustery and gusty day…
Observed the rapidly moving clouds, heard the wind forces rattling pots on the deck and through the vents all day.
Didn’t realize there was a severe weather alert until the end of the day – winds gusting to 100 km/h by the lake…
Yikes! That’s here!

Took a photo into the sun, in a sunshine moment after moksha…
Spent some time online preparing for a warm, cosy weekend at home with my mate – looking up recipes, shows worth watching etc.

Dinner tonight: Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with “I Can’t Believe it’s not Cheese Dressing” from The Saucy Vegetarian and a veggie bolo inspired stuffing with a Kale Salad.

Grateful today for
a full week – moksha 4 times this week was restorative and healing,
a weekend ahead for my mate (the bravest of lions) to recover, re-energize and restore from his past week,
and home – warm, stocked with nutritious food, warmth, and love.
