Virtual Choir 6

saBEE, 19 Jul ’2011 Aug ’20

Grateful today for Eric Whitacre and his virtual choir projects.
Watching the first one felt like a visualization of the best of us through the newish internet.
Virtual Choir 4 was the first time I participated.

Recording my video for upload was a laughter filled event, with many takes.
A very naked experience to record myself singing without accompaniment…Yikes!
Premiered at the Queen’s Jubilee…wow.

Virtual Choir 6 happened during COVID.
There were 5,500+ participants in VC4, and 17,572 in VC6.

Grateful for the music, the technology and all the people that make the virtual choirs happen.
Food for the soul.
Thank you, Eric Whitacre (+team)
