At the heliopolis – morning to noon. Breakfast of fresh fruit and coffees at 1664. Successful shopping and then to the beach. The sun is out in full force, the breeze and sea so refreshing. Grateful today for my mate’s wisdom to rest yesterday, feeling recharged and ready for action…

A Good Friday… Morning workout, lunch and a walk in the neighbourhood, and advanced poll voting. Dinner is fajitas from leftover steak and fresh italian sausage with fennel, fresh salsa + guack… followed by an after dinner game of dominoes… a different style from the domiNO game I have played…
