Just as I start to feel confident with cooking… Made Onion Panade for lunch and the broth ended up on the bottom of the oven. All not totally lost as the mushy onion cheesey bread was quite tasty.
A day filled with small wonders. A walk through the forest, hummingbirds fly overhead as we visit orchids and butterflies. A myriad of foliage and ferns, the shades of green are lush and alive. The forest has been incredible food for my soul.
