Started the day with a yoga session for three.
Great to see classmates and to share a yoga experience together.
Returning home,
perhaps I was too calm?
The house is quiet and clean…
feeling a little blue – not certain what that’s about…
Pigeon returned to our window today,
eating way more seeds than any of the sparrows.
Grateful today for
a good yoga session – and connecting with classmates,
for a quiet reflective day,
and for a condo board meeting that went smoothly.
From early afternoon, to tonight… Shared experiences, openness and feeling from and with two others. I find myself in the middle, only by age. Grateful today for friends that unexpectedly share their experiences honestly and openly, connections that know no boundaries, and the universe that connects us all.
A day of spicy foods… Lunch with B at the Owl…and an Indian food dinner. Sharing meals with friends – one of my favorite things to do! Grateful today for the spicy meals with friends, the surprise birthday cake, and the unexpected birthday gifts! Thank you to the Huron crew…and…
