Nice to be using our courtyard – today we were out relaxing under a tree and reading our Kindles. My mate brings out a lovely little luncheon snack. A perfect picnic scene.
Later, we walk to Chinatown for a massage and walk back.

a weekend of rest and relaxation for my mate,

“I love you. Be kind to yourself.” said my mate as he headed out on his sailing trip 6 days ago. Not really that long, still… Sleep has not been the best and Sleepasaurus is one of my nicknames! Tired tonight. It has been 6 days of nutrition…day and night….
Morning walk down to the Sulphur Springs – a beautiful walk in the hills and great exercise. After our walk, a trip into town for some supplies and off to Sugar Beach after lunch. Lovely to see our fish friends again and to watch the wedding happening on the beach….
So nice to have a simple Saturday! A little exercise in the morning, walk to the market for breakfast with Anna and then a leisurely stroll back – exploring different routes and getting things done too. We have another dinner in the courtyard – enjoying the people watching and communal…
