Yesterday’s graduation day inspired today’s micronutrients, all day. My mate makes a delicious green smoothie for breakfast, raw muesli + homemade almond milk as a late morning snack, a shared lunch of lentil soup and a green salad as a main. And then dinner – curried lentils, wild / brown…
Morning with the cosmic one turns into lunch with both the cosmics. The weather is perfect for a patio lunch. Always such a treat for me to hang with the cosmics. In the evening, we are off to a dinner with PJ+M and other returned traveler friends. A lovely evening…
