On the road

Left the East coast mountains today for JeonJu.
Along the way, we stopped for lunch in a town specializing in Silken Tofu stew.
Outside the restaurant is where they make the silken tofu – so great to watch the process…
And WHAT a meal we had!
Then to the ocean to walk along the boardwalk and have a cup of coffee.

Travel from the mountains to JeonJu usually takes about 4 hours – today it was 6 1/2.
Traffic was just unbelievable! Turns out that due to a train accident, the highways were overloaded.
Matthew did a great job getting us into JeonJu.

Grateful today for
the great sights we are seeing and fantastic food we are eating – thanks to Matthew,
arriving safely in JeonJu,
and for Matthew’s keen eye that spotted me in Virtual Choir 4!! 3:39
