A little tired today,
recovering from yesterday’s party with the Straws…
A short nap in the afternoon,
and I’m ready for my new evening class – preventative nutrition.
Grateful today for
the return of a great past instructor,
a great textbook that is helping me put it all together,
and for new doors – leading us to better digestion.
Back to school this morning for a session on our final exam. And quite a thorough review it was. A session with Rashida, followed by a cosmic coffee at Dark Horse 4. Dinner for 5 is delivered… After much conversation, food, music and drink, It is time for bed. Grateful…
The weather continues to be extremely cold – polar vortex is forecast to be hanging around until February… Nice and warm indoors, especially when the sun shines through the window, And when a friend drops in for a warm-up visit! Spent the afternoon emptying, sorting and refilling the kitchen drawers……
Last night was windy and rainy. The morning is grey and rainy, mixed with moments of sun trying to break through. Lovely to have a coffee and croissant watching the rain go by. A boat tour followed by lunch and we are off… back to the city. Grateful today for…
