Working away on my case study for the oral exam tomorrow. Getting all the copies finalized and ready, and making the notes I will speak from. Condo Committee meeting tonight. Good meeting and dinner waiting at home when I return. Grateful today for a productive day.
Started a new class today – Body, Mind, Spirit. Interesting first class – connecting depression, schizophrenia and manic depression to nutritional deficiencies… Dufferin Grove farmer’s market after school, and then a lovely meeting with our network guru. After the meeting, produce is cleaned and stored before going out to Maylee’s…
Test done and Cell Biology is now complete. After class, I stop in at Envision to pick up Vero for a trip to the St Lawrence Market for fruits and the farmer’s market for veggies. Lots of great produce brought home, cleaned and stored – ready to eat. Grateful today…
