dinner on a patio and then to the Lula Lounge for Wake Up, Madagascar!

Grateful today for
fun times on a record breaking heat day,
air conditioning to cool down in,
and for great friends to hang out, eat and dance with.
Completed all travel arrangements today…whew! From YYZ – ICN – NRT – HNL – LIH – OOG – LAX – YYZ… Quite a trip. At the end of the day, we have friends over for dinner and cards. Delightful to have B+G join us too. Grateful today for friendships made…
After my mate has a morning meeting, we set out on our drive to Meech Lake. An easy drive with no traffic and my mate is able to email and continue working in the car. Arriving at Meech, there is a lovely lunch awaiting us at the dock. Perfect! So…
Studying today for a final quiz this Thursday. A classmate called this course the missing link. I couldn’t agree more. A wonderful introductory experience to energy medicine. Grateful today for energy and the spirit.
