Another Hot day in the heat wave.
A successful morning market trip, followed by cleaning and prepping of all our market goodies.
By afternoon, we are ready to go out on the lake.
On the Twomates with Maylee – no winds to sail,
lounging on and in the lake is perfect.
And the water is 74F!

The weather today can’t seem to decide what it’s going to be… Sunshine to gray skies and torrential downpours…and then sunshine again. The morning is relaxed – coffee and croissants at Waga as we read sections of Saturday’s paper. Made a black bean salad for my first book club meeting…
Getting things done today requires a drive to Mississauga… looking for routes that take us on country roads. Today’s drive is through a foggy, rainy countryside. A few more things checked off on the big and little lists, we are both happy to be returning to country roads. Delighted to…
An easy flight home… happy to see that most of the ice and snow is gone. Grateful today for the sunny spring day we returned to, a “maria” house, and a home cooked meal by C+C.
