Traffic is surprisingly light on my morning drive to North York.
Spending the day with my brother and his wife making kimchi for the winter.
Brining the nappa, rinsing off the salt, making and mixing the kimchi base…quite an ordeal.
After a full day, I get to spend a few minutes with my nephews before heading off to a school practicum.
Grateful today for
perfect weather to work outside,
a great first kimchi making experience,
and for Al and MunHee – grateful for the time shared together.
