Relief from the heat! Yes!
A beautiful Saturday with blue skies, hot sunshine and cool breezes.
It is a perfect Saturday.
A walk to the market,
organizing of office drawers completed,
and an evening visit to our garden.
Grateful today for
a perfect summer day,
the many salads we’ve had from the garden,
and for heat wave relief.
Breakfast brought by my mate – a leisurely breakfast in the room – reading the paper, sipping coffee in my robe and slippers… Then out for a walk in Central Park before taking the ferry to Hoboken for a visit with our favorite dawg. After lunch in Hoboken, we return…
The day is overcast, rain in the morning with a few sun breaks during the day…. Temperatures are mild and almost balmy. On a visit to the farmers’ market, the garden is still snow covered, yet spring feels near… it won’t be long now… Grateful today for a laughter filled…
