Two weeks ago, my mate sent out a lovely invitation to two lovelies.
So many years of working and having fun together shared in the past,
and much to catch up on.
Curried Lentils made with Bliss’n,
greens from the garden, a mixed rice,
with 3 types of home made pickles,
and an almost forgotten almond dream dessert is easy to prepare and delightful to share.
A wonderful evening,
catching up over food and drink,
and sharing of gratitude and happiness.
Grateful today for
memories of so many shared times together,
moments that we continue to share,
