Friendly Friday

saBEE, 22 Mar ’139 Jan ’26

A busy Friday morning.
Cleaning, sorting through long neglected mail items and school paperwork…
The spontaneous call for lunch with exuberance is very welcome and perfectly timed.

After lunch, we go on different paths…
more walking and getting things done on the return home.

When my mate returns, he has a moment to decompress…
and then we are off to Richmond Station for an evening with friends and friends of friends.
A wonderful meal for 6 at the chef’s table with interesting conversation,
and a fantastic show by Emmylou Harris at Massey Hall – Happy Friday!

Leaving our hosts at their hotel,
it is a short walk home to end a full Friday.

Grateful today for
lunch with exuberance on the day before her birthday,
PK – thank you for organizing this evening,
and for a full Friday of meeting friends, friends of friends and strangers.
Thank you Katie – so appreciated the delicious vegetable main without pasta!

Next course…Pathology

13 Nov ’129 Jan ’26

A new course at school begins. Pathology – getting to the origin of disease… Amazing that things past learn are a distant memory – a vague reflection. Grateful today for new knowledge that brings back past learnings, and for a great instructor being back at the front of the classroom.
