An 8am meeting by the pool with other volunteer gardeners. After a few hours cultivating one of the Summit’s garden beds, there is a call and I am needed to assist with family matters.
The afternoon is spent with Pa Hayes at the hospital. After a few hours, all checks out clear and he is fine to go home.
Once he is safely home, I return downtown for Friday night with my mate and Uncle Stu.
A fun night with great food at Marben turns into friday night in the garden with PJ and Jesse.

Grateful today for
Pa Hayes being cleared by the hospital,
a fun evening to celebrate Uncle Stu’s belated birthday,
and for laughter and vampires in PJ’s garden.
