Since Friday, my mate has been out of communication range.
Radio silence makes his absence more noticeable.
Thrilled to get a text from him today! and to hear his voice!
My brother and family stop in for a visit, all still jet lagged from their travels.
The boys are delightful as always.
Grateful today for
time with my nephews – they grow so quickly,
and being back in communication with my mate.
Today there was a 2-year memorial service for Kenny. It is strange and surprising that 2 years have passed. Friends and family gathered to remember Kenny. Nice to hear others’ remembrances of his smiles and laughter. Wonderful to share an evening together. Grateful today for a shared moment to smile…
