Started the week with a moksha class – I have left each and every moksha class with the same thought,
“This is SUCH a good thing to do!”, usually expressed aloud.
Today was no different.
Last week’s ESP (email service provider) test led to a few email conversations which then led to to a face to face visit this afternoon!
A delightful afternoon visit – sipping coffee, catching up and sharing what’s new.
By evening, wine has replaced coffee and then, it is time to continue on…
Grateful today for
moksha class at the start of the day,
a visit that started the week with bright colour
and our go-to rice bowl lentil curry meal that is ready for dinner.
