Morning starts out busy…

and then Maylee.
The afternoon is spent watching the end of my current K-drama.
Interesting to observe my own multi tasking behavior…
Watching K-dramas, responding to emails, reviewing documents…
perhaps too much data to take in…

a good workout with Maylee,
and observations on myself.
In the hustle and bustle of life, this afternoon brought a moment of quiet reflection… a moment to pause. While I had never met Anne-Louise, she was the wife of my mate’s childhood friend, I felt the sadness of her family and friends… and through their reflections, felt I knew…
Went to a Brown Bag lunch talk at the AGO this afternoon to see photographer/artist Todd Eberle. An enjoyable talk and lunch included. In the evening we go to see the Cirque du Soleil show – MJ the Immortal. Show was great. Grateful today for a learning and entertaining Friday.
The cracked glass captures my attention today. Fun with the camera today…and endless number of possibilities for photos… Interrupted photos for a workout with Maylee – thankfully it is a stretching sunday… Grateful today for beauty in broken glass, a great stretching session, and for loungy weekends with my mate.
