A very busy working day…
Very conscious today of the foods we are eating for energy.
Healthy breakfast and lunch – saved half the lunch for a late afternoon snack.
The late afternoon snack threw us off the usual schedule.
By the time we got home and settled in, we weren’t hungry at the usual dinner time.
Dinner is a repeat of breakfast – perfect!
Grateful today for
good energy throughout the day,
a day of productive work,
and for the fresh fruits and greens for our meals.
