One great thing about being home – returning to our garden and home cooked food.
The garden’s plenty – peppers, carrots and tons of kale and basil…
After a day stocking up the house, it is so good to make a meal.
The current go-to dish – red lentil curry rice bowl with kale salad is delicious.
Used kale stems in the curry…gotta get all those nutrients in!
Grateful today for
our kitchen – a delight to cook in,
fresh, organic produce for our meal,
and for all the ‘Welcome Home’s from friends.
