An easy water taxi to the ship and walk around to familiarize ourselves with our home for the week.
As we sail away all are on the top decks watching as we pass Venice.
Meeting new people, it is amazing to meet someone from California who knows of my high school and even went to the same camp that I worked at. Such a small world.
Grateful today for
a smooth transition on board the ship,
and a lovely stateroom – complete with butler!
An earlier morning today… Down to Soufriere for the morning market by 7:30, a visit to the bakery and back at the villa by 8:30. Breakfast is leisurely and luxuriously enjoyed – thank you, mate! For the afternoon, we are off to our favorite new beach… Bar/ restaurant closed? on…
A morning touring the ruins in the mountains surrounding Cusco. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. Visits to the ruins of “sexywoman”, mummifying sites and Incan fountains are stunning. In the afternoon, we have a lovely lunch at the Museum of Pre-Colombian Art. A Sunny Saturday Sashay in Cusco.
