I have woken up the last few days with a slight tickle in my throat.
The tickle has not gotten worse through the day, in fact I do not notice it at all.
Today’s tickle was a little stronger than previous days…
After a morning working at Envision, and a comforting Pho lunch with exuberance,
I make a concoction of hot water, coconut oil and oil of oregano – with a slippery elm lozenge.
Working hard to knock this out of me before it knocks me out!
Grateful today for
my hot water concoction – odd tasting yet soothing,
the O3s in our dinner tonight – salmon caught by my mate last August in BC,
and for an evening at home with Ros + Brad – so glad you liked the hot toddies!
