Part of me was wishing that today was Friday again…
Perhaps it had something to do with having to deal with my laptop’s dead drive, and my dread of data and restoration tedium…
I managed to not panic over the weekend AND not really think about it at all…
Although I did consider various options and routes to restoring my laptop.
In the end, my mate was right.
Give it to boy genius.
Within the business day, some of my data has been restored (Yay!),
and a brand new SSD has been put into the laptop. Woo Hoo!
Grateful today for
boy genius – truly the best,
a super fast working machine,
and for the fancy car outside that I’m pretty sure winked at me…
