A full day of cooking, cleaning, cooking and more cleaning with the advocat.
Focused on vegetarian clean meals to freeze and have for the week.
Vegetable soup, lentil stew, red lentil curry…
roasted beets and apple salad and a chickpea salad too.
And of course homemade granola, humus and baba ganoush.
Grateful today for
all the labelled meals ready for freezing,
working together with my fellow advocat,
and for clean foods to eat this week.
