After breakfast made by our wonderful hosts,
we head to the mall to get a pair of glasses fixed.
Then to the Canadian Rail Museum for a bit of train history.
A walk around town is interesting.
Friendly folk who say hello as I pass by are appreciated.
Much here seems from a different time and a much different pace than I am used to.
Grateful today for
the nature – streets that smell like pine and lilac,
the curious neighbourhood we are in – a few blocks from downtown and so quiet,
and for the sunshine that broke through for a minute at 9pm.
