A very busy working day…
Very conscious today of the foods we are eating for energy.
Healthy breakfast and lunch – saved half the lunch for a late afternoon snack.
The late afternoon snack threw us off the usual schedule.
By the time we got home and settled in, we weren’t hungry at the usual dinner time.
Dinner is a repeat of breakfast – perfect!
Grateful today for
good energy throughout the day,
a day of productive work,
and for the fresh fruits and greens for our meals.
Set out this morning for produce and other food items for our fridge. Decided to check out Karma Co-op before the K-food grocery store. Absolutely love Karma Co-op – the sign, the path to the door and the market are all great. By afternoon, my mate has returned home. Yay!…
After a morning of studies, and an afternoon study session with AD – so, so helpful! An incredible vegetarian dinner, made by my cosmic soul sister, with lively conversation and a viewing of Wellington on Steven and Chris! NeighbourNad drops in after very tough days, her father has passed on….
Wildly stormy early this morning… the day is gray, and wet. One more sleep until I leave for a photography workshop in Cuba. The date has snuck up on me. Sad to not be travelling with my mate, and missing NOLA’s Jazz + Heritage Festival… Not sure what to expect…
