A beautiful summer day!
Started the day with a walk to the Drake for breakfast.
Later in the day, a walk to the market and back home – total 9km of walking.
Back home with my herbs, it’s time to make a mineral tea infusion.
Nettle leaf, raspberry leaf, red clover, oat straw and peppermint leaf.
Nourishing for me and for the plants, too!
