a productive afternoon cleaning,
and a quiet evening with matie.
A busy day with a business meeting at Huron this morning. Started out with my fresh kale, and apple smoothie – not so smooth really, more chewy – quite energizing and surprising tasty. No coffee – sipped on green tea during the meeting. Last night I watched Food Matters again…
A romantic rainy morning breakfast with my mate at the farmer’s market. Unexpected and delightful to share the morning together.
