A full day of studies.
Finishing up Cellular Biology study notes, typing up Ecology notes,
and completing my Ecology assignment on 3D printing of food.
After reading and studying additives in food, depleted soils in agriculture, nanontechnology in food and now 3D printing of food,
it is quite refreshing to look at our food – real, organic seeds, beans and nuts in recycled glass jars.
While it takes longer and requires more effort – soaking, grinding and doing everything by hand, I have little concern about those little extras that get into foods through the manufacturing process…
Grateful today for
information – even though it often terrifies me,
the lack of processed foods in our home,
optimism that more will stop buying processed foods and seek natural, alive and good quality foods,
and for classmates that pass on great videos…
