Nice to be using our courtyard – today we were out relaxing under a tree and reading our Kindles. My mate brings out a lovely little luncheon snack. A perfect picnic scene.
Later, we walk to Chinatown for a massage and walk back.

Three different tracks to wellness travelled today… The first is a first appointment with a TCM doctor. Then to a session with my kensington therapist.
