Delightful to return to air conditioning at Wellington.
The evening is spent with the boys,
dinner on a patio and then to the Lula Lounge for Wake Up, Madagascar!
What a show!!
Grateful today for
fun times on a record breaking heat day,
air conditioning to cool down in,
and for great friends to hang out, eat and dance with.
A morning trip to the Farmers’ market in Chelsea, more yummies for us… Cookies, Scrabble and Balderdashing on the dock, capernoited and maffled… and an evening sunset canoe ride. A perfect summer day… Grateful today for the beautiful lake Glimmermere, and relaxed, lazy, loungy summer days.
On a birthday / party high since last week’s school reunion… Thought today would be a return to ‘normal’… Seems the birthday celebrations carry on… Grateful today for an afternoon reading my text books, and for a birthday dinner with Uncle Stu.
Arriving at school, I realize I have left my presentation notes at home. Fortunately, I have a few minutes to rewrite notes. Even with the notes, I struggle with how to present it… Grateful today that the presentation went well.
