A busy day with the lighting guys, the plumber and the blinds guy…designer and contractor too.
Amazing to see how they come in, set up their tools and get things done.
At the end of the day, my mate returns to our LED lit cove going through its many many colours…
depending on the colour, it can feel as though we’re on the starship Enterprise.
Grateful today for
an operating steam room and working bath wand,
more installed blinds,
and for the warmth of the newly installed LEDs.
Test done and Cell Biology is now complete. After class, I stop in at Envision to pick up Vero for a trip to the St Lawrence Market for fruits and the farmer’s market for veggies. Lots of great produce brought home, cleaned and stored – ready to eat. Grateful today…
Rainy and dark today. Feeling good energy from the raw foods this week. After 5 days of adding raw foods, green drinks etc.. I am happy that we have had minimal amounts of meat and other cooked foods. Dinner ideas are a bit more challenging and I continue to work…
