Today the Macbook Pro returned home – a new machine.
Works beautifully and I got out of the store without buying anything…whew!
Had a good friend over for a raw lasagna dinner – made with eggplant, zucchini, tomato sauce and nutty ‘cheese’ layers.
Grateful today for

Our weekend breakfast this morning… I often wonder about why ‘unhealthy’ breakfasts are so appealing to me. They always seem so comforting. Through the week my mate and I have our usual… Homemade granola with fruit and kefir for my mate, raw muesli and almond milk for me… Grateful today…
